Hi! I’m Foxy, the unofficial spokesdog for the Cecil County SPCA in Chesapeake City, MD. I was going to compete in “America’s Got Talent” but they discriminate against dogs whose chief talents are looking cute and blogging! (And I refused to sing anything from that show “Cats” – I am a dog, after all!)
